ANY ITEM DEEMED DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED WILL BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR OR ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENT WHERE THE PRODUCT IS OBVIOUSLY DAMAGED. ITEMS WITH CONCEILED DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. AN ITEM IS CONSIDERED DAMAGED WHEN IT IS NO LONGER USABLE DUE TO MISHANDLING IN THE PACKING OR SHIPPING PROCESS. ANY ORDER CAN BE CANCELLED PRIOR TO THE SHIPMENT OF THE ORDER WITHOUT PENALTY. ANY ORDER CANCELLED AFTER IT HAS SHIPPED WILL BE SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING FEES AND THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING IT BACK AS WELL AS THE SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE.
