RETURNS AND REFUNDS –

• MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS

• MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION – NO SCRATCHES, DENTS OR MISSING PIECES

• MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS BOX AND PACKAGING WITHOUT ANY

WRITING OR LABELS

• MUST NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED

• MUST NOT BE CLEARANCE/LIQUIDATION/CLOSEOUT

• RESTOCK FEES MAY APPLY

MERCHANDISE IS RETURNED AND SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. ONCE THE MERCHANDISE IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED VIA THE SAME METHOD BY WHICH IT WAS PURCHASED. DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED RETURNS –


ANY ITEM DEEMED DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED WILL BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR OR ACCEPT ANY SHIPMENT WHERE THE PRODUCT IS OBVIOUSLY DAMAGED. ITEMS WITH CONCEILED DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. AN ITEM IS CONSIDERED DAMAGED WHEN IT IS NO LONGER USABLE DUE TO MISHANDLING IN THE PACKING OR SHIPPING PROCESS. AN ITEM IS CONSIDERED DEFECTIVE WHEN SOMETHING HINDERS ITS USABILITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF WHICH IS WAS DESIGNED. RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.

CANCELED ORDERS –


ANY ORDER CAN BE CANCELLED PRIOR TO THE SHIPMENT OF THE ORDER WITHOUT PENALTY. ANY ORDER CANCELLED AFTER IT HAS SHIPPED WILL BE SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING FEES AND THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING IT BACK AS WELL AS THE SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE. REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS FOLLOW THE SAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED IN OUR RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY ABOVE.
